Deep Ice Breaker is the process which would get your participants to know each other Truly Well in just 1 hour.The process is designed to highlight Personal achievements, I am Proud of, Goals, Family, Social presence, Passions, Work, My spiritual beliefs, and Things I wish to do or to change.

This process depicts individuals Journey focusing on “what worked for me so far?”
This brings about Nostalgic Journey Within Affirming and Reaffirming some super positive aspects of one’s Journey. The result is – Participant completely charged with Positive emotions, having generated immense respect and trust towards each other in the Team. Ideal Process for facilitators who are Dealing with cross cultural participants and relatively new to each other’s. Also it works great with existing teams yet don’t know about all the dimensions.
