Kimberly Bain is Senior Partner in Bain Group Consulting, based in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Kimberly is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator, is Past-Chair of the International Association of Facilitators and holds the appointment of visiting scholar in facilitation at Queen’s University. Ms Bain also holds certificates in strategy, mediation and dispute resolution, an Honours Degree from Queen’s University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Carleton University.

Lawrence (Larry) Philbrook. Certified ICA ToP Facilitator (CToPF) and Assessor. IAF CPF 2007-2011. 2013 -2017. Named to the IAF Hall of Fame. He designs processes for teams and leaders in varied cultural settings for over forty years. Larry joined the ICA in 1972 and worked outside the US since 1977 doing extensive company and community-based projects in over 30 nations including 25 years as director of ICA Taiwan. Larry’s key skill is in tailoring designs and facilitation processes to specific needs while helping to recover a sense of respect and trust as a basis for transformation.
Evelyn Philbrook joined ICA in 1972 and was on the board of ICA International, as Vice-President of Asia 2006-10. Evelyn was part of the UNDP Leadership for Social Artistry program in 2009 under the Jean Houston Foundation, USA and continued sharing Social Artistry work in Taiwan and across Asia. She is helping to guide and design a new program, the Profound Journey Dialogue with ICA Taiwan and “Wizard of Us” Mythic Facilitation Journey utilizing Social Artistry mind, body, spirit exercises.
Vinay is a Director at C2C Organizational Development Pvt. Ltd a global organizational development consulting firm. A facilitator and consultant, Vinay has run training programs, coached senior executives and facilitated sessions for organizations, across Asia, Europe, Middle East and North America. Vinay has over 18 years of experience in working in the intercultural and management development fields. With his background of being born in India, High school in the Middle East, Undergraduate studies in the Mediterranean Europe and Graduate studies in the US, Vinay is a true global nomad. His areas of specialization are in facilitating groups to achieve increased effectiveness and enabling them to reach their desired outcome.

Barbara MacKay, CPF®, MS, is a Canadian American, of the baby boomer generation, lives in Northwest USA and founded her facilitation business in 1995. She has designed and led thousands of meetings, conferences and workshops around the world. Barbara is an assessor with IAF. Barbara offers multiple courses in facilitation skills and has spent the last 20 years researching and practicing a variety of tools and approaches with all sectors. She blogs extensively about facilitation. Her core work is based in the Technology of Participation (ToP®) approach and this is supplemented with a rich infusion of accelerated learning techniques (the neuroscience of learning), presencing practices, cross cultural and non-violent communication methodologies.
Jackie is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and an Assessor to IAF. She is also the Board Director and Core Facilitator of C.P. Yen Foundation. Prior to obtaining her CPF status, Jackie accrued more than 17 years of professional experience working in the field of public relations. Jackie applied a variety of facilitation methodologies for catalyzing organizational change, and also provide facilitation training to clients as required.
Rhonda Tranks is a CPF and IAF Assessor and has trained and mentored hundreds of facilitators across many countries. Rhonda sat on the IAF Global Board for nearly 3 years in different roles. She has been Chair of the Victoria Chapter and was recently granted the IAF’s Hall of Fame Award. Illuma Consulting acts as a catalyst for positive change through facilitation, training and coaching. Rhonda’s 30+ years working in Management, OD, L&D and Consulting have taken her on a journey of development and reflection on the complexities and challenges for group facilitators. She has recently developed her own model of facilitation. Her relevant experience spans Australia, Asia, Europe, USA and Mexico. Mr. Kazuaki Katori is OD consultant and experienced facilitator. During his 40 years business career in telecommunications industry, he experienced various top management positions. Mr. Tomohide Oshima is CEO of Speakng-Essay Inc. His company offers variety of communication training programs to Government Agencies, local government, companies and individuals. He is a facilitator of meetings and workshops and he does help consultants and instructors to do how to manage lessons with facilitative method. He has been a member of FAJ (Facilitation of Association Japan) for 8 years and vice chairman of News Letter of the organization. Huang Kailin, the founder of Picture People Plan, is one of the rare Singaporeans who can capture your ideas as you speak and transform them into impactful and compelling visuals. She has close to 5 years’ experience in visually capturing ideas as they are shared verbally, at both public and private sector events in the region. Recent highlights include the inaugural Digital Government Exchange (DGX) 2016, Singapore Airshow Aviation Leadership Summit (SAALS) 2016, and the National Community Engagement Programme (CEP) Dialogue 2015. Gerauld Wong - Dip. Computer Studies, ACTA, Certified Behavioural Consultant (DISC), DCF, Graphic Recording/Facilitation, Coaching with TLC (K&P), Green Light Classroom Facilitator. Gerauld has more than 9 years of experiential training and facilitating experiences with youths and corporate clients. Gerauld is a fascinating and colourful person. He was an Events Manager, Scuba Diving Instructor, Drum Circle Facilitator, Challenge Course Facilitator, Logistic Specialist, IT Network Specialist and the list goes on. Ann Epps is one of the originators and trainers of the Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitation and strategic planning methods. She is a past board member of the ToP USA network and has served as consultant, trainer, and facilitator to numerous organizations in Europe, Asia, and North America. She specializes in facilitator training, strategic thinking, organizational change and leadership development. A founding member of the IAF, a past board member, and one of the initial organisers of the IAF Asia conferences, Ann is an IAF CPF and a CPF Assessor. She was named to the IAF Hall of Fame in 2014.
Chae, Hong Mi (Seoul,Korea) is managing director of Inpeople Consulting and a CPF. She has served as facilitator and trainer to various organizations like Samsung, Hyundai, KIA and foreign companies based in Seoul. She was certified Six Sigma Black Belt in GE and later worked as an innovation consultant for 5 years. Shawn has been a full time organization development consultant, professional meeting facilitator and leadership development trainer since 2002, and a coach since 2007. He is based in Taipei, Taiwan and works in Greater China. He has a great deal of experience in designing and facilitating workshops to help clients develop their organizations as well as their own leadership capability. She is the first Asian Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and also an assessor for IAF certification program. She is certified in the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) Technology of Participation methods as a practitioner and trainer. She specializes in facilitating sustainable organizational development to the fast-changing environment and catalyzing desired change. She had been a board member of Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) International representing Taiwan, and the Asian regional representative (2003-2005) for IAF. Toshiko Kikkawa, Ph.D. is a professor in the School of Business and Commerce at Keio University. She teaches social psychology and organizational psychology and is a member of “Team Crossroad”, the research group that originally developed the game. As a member of the International Simulation and Gaming Association, she is interested in and experienced with designing games and using them as facilitation tools. As a psychologist, she is interested in communication, in general, and risk communication, in particular. Her work covers a wide range of topics (e.g., disaster-prevention education, environmental education, career development, etc.), and she is currently focused on using analogue games for educational purposes.

Jim & Jori Manske - For more than 37 years, Jim and Jori Manske have partnered both in life and work. As co-creators of PEACEWORKS, they offer training, mediation, facilitation, organizational development, consulting and mentoring. They have been working with a variety of businesses, community groups, government, NGO's, private groups and individuals for decades. They are both Certified Trainers for and have been leaders in the international Center for Nonviolent Communication. For the past two years they have supported the transformation of that organization through the New Future Process. Lindsay Sumner have been facilitating for over 25 years, starting in the corporate IT world and working with clients to help with their consensus-based decision making no matter what the topic. Originally based in the Aerospace engineering industry, I moved into a global organization which enabled me to facilitate for clients in the Defence, Banking, Government, Retail, Entertainment and Automotive industries before moving to manage a European Client Reference Centre. My practice is now even wider in that I have expanded into community projects whilst still retaining corporate clients and I also provide facilitation and interpersonal skills training and event management. Jorie is a bilingual Group Facilitator. She is certified by IAF as a professional facilitator and assessor. Lynda Lieberman Baker, principal and founder of MeetingSolution, a group process consultation and meeting facilitation firm in Austin, Texas, USA. She has served on the executive board of directors of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and as a past president of the Austin, Texas chapter of the Association for Talent Development. Terence Thong is at present a freelancer. He was a co-owner of a management consultancy company for 30 odd years. He has a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Counselling and is a trained teacher. He is a life member of the Association of Psychological and Educational Counsellors of Asia(APECA) and the Asian Regional Association of Vocational and Educational Conference(ARAVEC) - Asian based associations actively involved in guidance and counselling and educational career counselling respectively. Eri had taught at a technical college and other schools in Japan for many years. After getting a certificate of Certified Public Tax Accountant, she has made efforts to support her clients who are individuals and companies for 13 years. She is now self-employed as the director of her accounting firm, and is running three companies as the CEO. She facilitates taxation system awareness class in public schools in Japan every year. She is also currently involved in conducting facilitation to clients about management and on how to enhance their businesses to successfully achieve goals.
He is a human resource manager of Mitsui Chemicals Inc.(=MCI) who has been working for MCI from 2002 and experienced in human resource Div. for over 14 years. He is so interested in developing his ability as a HR professional. So he participated the IAF conferences in Tokyo, Singapore, and Mumbai.
