This session has a key objective of creating a team with a very high growth mindset and a positive attitude to collaborate to perform. The session will enable learners to understand the multiple dimensions of team dynamics and work together as they understand individual and team roles, clarify responsibilities, work on forces in a collaborative manner to aim at achieving powerful vision for self, team and organisation.

The process is also aimed at creating a platform for individual growth, maturity, authenticity and integration leading to evolve into a state of mutual commitment and ability to influence each other to achieve the team & organizational goals. Learner will understand the various inter/intra team dynamics that can influence each other’s performance and role execution. And be able to build key characteristics in greater degree than ordinary groups, including a higher commitment to common goals and a higher degree of interdependency and interaction.
