Power and Love – A Theory and Practice of Social Change, is by Adam Kahane. In co-creating change or new realities, there are two distinct and fundamental driving forces that are often in tension: Power and Love. These two driving forces exist in all scales of social systems, family, organization, community, nation and globally.

This session focuses on bringing our awareness and understanding the relationship between power and love, both in ourselves and in the systems we work with- to help us better see how power and love shape the outcome of our efforts to create change.

It is intended to help facilitators, leaders and change-makers to approach these two forces with a new lens to help us embrace the wholeness of our power and our love so we can breathe life into change as well as lead effectively and gracefully.
