B7：Experience Matters! Synergising experiential learning to make your processes and learning richer

This workshop explores the theme of using experiential learning in synergy with your processes to set contexts for your sessions AND processes, to create deeper and richer conversations for your participants.

After the workshop. Your will be able to:
• Understand and work with the shift of an actual debrief session into sharing at “informal” times during a facilitative session.
• Experience a different questioning framework(OB+) derived from the Experiential Learning Cycle.
• Use the Flow Theory (Csikszentmihalyi) in structuring experiences for the facilitator’s participants.
• Breaking down the framing experience and how it provides a frame of reference for a participant’s thought-flow.
