Co-Facilitation with other facilitators and with clients or internal facilitators is an expanding part of our work as facilitators. People want to participate and not just get instructions so more and more interactivity is becoming a given. Yet many of the facilitators I train and co-work with tell me it is hard to work authentically as partners with other facilitators.

This session will be collaborative, so we are not only exploring collaboration, we are trying as a group to demonstrate collaboration throughout our process.
